Lunch Friday Afternoon

Of course we will be needing something to tie you over until dinner. Beef and Vegetable Hearty Soup, Build your own Salad Bar, Butchers Block, build your own Sandwich, Sliced Fresh Fruit, Carrot Cake for Dessert.

Dinner Friday Night

Dinner this evening will be served in the Hyatt's Atrium Lounge. Located on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Hotel. Enjoy a wonderful Italian Dinner

Your Dinner Menu

  • Tuscan Bean Soup
  • Antipasto Salad of Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Olive Oil, Baby Greens, Grilled peppers, Artichokes and Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette.
  • Roasted Chicken with Gorgonzola Crust and Rosemary Demi glaze
  • Bisteca Fiorentina, Caramelized Shallot Madeira Sauce
  • Basil Mashed Potato
  • Pre made Pasta Station; Tri Colored Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce and Ravioli with Marinara Sauce served with hand shaved parmesan and fresh pepper grinders.
  • Assorted Mini Desserts: Mini Cheesecakes, Chocolate Mousse Cups, Tiramisu, Cannoli, Truffles and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.

Friday Night After Competition Tail Gate Party:

Mix and Mingle with everyone. After dancing all day and night we definitely need some time to relax and enjoy the company of our piers. Please join us in the Hyatt Hotel Lounge and Restaurant located at the Hotel's main level. Feel Free to come casual and wear your favorite Football Team Apparel. We are having a tail gate.

Breakfast Saturday Morning

Enjoy your breakfast Buffet with the company of your fellow competitors in the Executive Ballroom on the Hyatt Atrium Level. Breakfast will be served between 7:00am to 9:00am.

Lunch Saturday Afternoon

We definitely need energy while dancing all morning. We will be serving lunch in the ballroom for your convenience. Lunch will be served between 12pm and 1:30pm so take your time, eat at your leisure.

Saturday Night Dinner and Cocktail Party:

Saturday Evening: The evening will start with an abundance of food for everyone created from our chefs at the Hyatt Hotel. General dance to your favorite music and be part of our different activities to spark up to evening. Of course we are looking forward to our Halloween Costume Party and presentation of awards to our top students, teachers, studio and most enthusiastic school award. Who will win the Top Costume Contest. We are most certain this evening will top off the weekend.

Your Dinner Menu

  • Because of our Costume Halloween Party we will having dinner at different stations. This year the Stations will be Italian, Asian, Indian and a Fantastic Unforgettable Dessert Station.
