    • Elena Grinenko was born in Moscow, Russia, USSR, where she began ballroom dancing at the age of seven. It was a very odd choice at that time, especially for the granddaughter of a General in the Red Army. The ballroom style of dancing was not something the General thought his granddaughter should do. As the head of the family, he was not too happy about her choice. But, like any loving grandfather spoiling their grandchildren, he allowed her to dance, because Elena fell in love with the ballroom immediately.

    • Eddi Apolonov is the Regional Dance Director for the Wisconsin Region, and occasionally, we are lucky enough to have him in our studio. As a competitor, Eddi competed on the most renowned floor in the world as a Rising Star Finalist in International Latin at the Blackpool Dance Festival. He was also the undefeated Fred Astaire International Latin Champion. With a Bachelors Degree in Choreography from the University of Fine Arts of Russia, Eddi creates some of the most interesting and beautiful routines. His passion and enthusiasm for ballroom dancing is highly contagious, and he is sure to inspire greatness.

    • Dan studied jazz dance extensively from the age of five through his late teens. At that time, Dan began his career in ballroom and Latin dance. He has produced numerous champions throughout his career as a teacher and coach. Dan has also danced on stage with numerous celebrities as a back-up, chorus-line, and principal dancer in many productions. Dan is one of the top professionals in the United States, and owns the Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Indianapolis.

    • Nicole Carroll has been teaching ballroom and Latin dancing for many years. Prior to dancing Nicole was a gymnast. She has been awarded with numerous top teacher awards throughout the United States. Nicole is a United States finalist. Nicole has certifications with the National Dance Council of America, North American Dance Teachers Association, and Dance Vision International Dance Association
